Privacy Policy

Real Jazz Practice (“the App”) · Last updated:

This policy describes how the App handles information when you use it. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.

1. Who we are

The App is provided by the developer/publisher identified on the app store listing (“we”, “us”). For privacy questions, use the contact details shown in the store listing.

2. Information the App processes

Practice and statistics data (on your device). The App stores learning-related data locally on your device, such as chord practice progress, session counters, and related practice metadata. This data is used only to operate the App (for example, scheduling practice and showing your statistics). We do not operate our own servers to collect this data from the App.

Purchases (Google Play). If you buy or unlock premium content through Google Play, Google processes payment and purchase information according to Google’s Privacy Policy. We receive only what Google provides to developers to validate entitlements (for example, purchase state), not your full payment card details.

No account required. The App does not require you to create an in-app account with us.

3. Analytics and advertising

The App does not include third-party advertising SDKs from us. We do not use in-app analytics services that send your personal data to us. If this changes in a future version, we will update this policy before or when the change takes effect.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data you generate stays on your device except where:

5. Backups

Depending on your device settings, Android may include app data in encrypted backup to your Google account or other backup you configure. That processing is governed by your device and Google (or backup provider) settings and policies.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

7. Security

We design the App to keep practice data on the device. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure; use the App at your own risk and keep your device software up to date.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal data. Because most App data is stored locally, you can often clear it by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App. For rights that involve Google Play purchase data, you may also use Google’s account tools as described in Google’s policies.

9. International users

If you use the App outside the country where the publisher is located, your information may be processed in accordance with this policy and applicable laws in those regions.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
